The Falls Free Coalition of York County is an active organization with a mission of partnering with the community to increasefall prevention awareness for York County older adults.
Falls Free Coalition of York County
In 2015, the coalition came together to help older adults live in the place they call home, by raising awareness and educating older adults about fall prevention. Over the past 2 years, the coalition has partnered with various senior centers, churches, townships and other sites throughout York County to provide educational classes and presentations about falls and fall prevention.
